About Us

Berryland Farm is a neighborhood of 152 homes in Oakton, Virginia.  By respecting the land's natural beauty, nurturing common grounds and activities, and involving residents in enhancing property values, Berryland Farm and its homeowners association have succeeded in making this neighborhood one of Northern Virginia's premier established communities.
With adjacent parkland, streams and ponds, the homes in Berryland Farm enjoy the ambiance of a country village. Because the homes were constructed by several builders beginning in 1980, their diverse styles reinforce the community's uniqueness.  It has aged gracefully with the intentional involvement of those who call it home.
Berryland families enjoy tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and two playgrounds within the common areas, and take advantage of nearby walking trails.  Its children attend Flint Hill Elementary, Thoreau Middle, and Madison High Schools—among Fairfax County's finest.  Within 5 miles of I-66, Oak Marr RECenter, and the town of Oakton, Berryland Farm is near enough and far enough from everything.
